Key Responsibilities: From First Contact to Future Colleague
- Proactively source candidates through a mix of creative channels, including social media, online communities, industry events, and specialized databases.
- Develop personalized and engaging outreach that draws candidates in with originality and purpose, because exceptional people deserve more than a cookie-cutter message.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles fully.
- Build a talent pipeline of diverse, high-potential individuals for current and future needs.
- Utilize sourcing tools such as Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-driven platforms to maximize outreach.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within our ATS
- Monitor sourcing analytics and track sourcing effectiveness to refine strategies over time
- Stay updated on hiring trends, industry shifts, and emerging tools to stay ahead of the sourcing curve

Qualifications: What Makes You a Great Fit
- 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, preferably in a remote environment
- Strong ability to craft personalized messages that resonate with candidates
- Expertise in Boolean search strings, sourcing extensions, and search automation tools
- Demonstrated success in building diverse talent pipelines
- Deep understanding of industry talent trends and the global hiring landscape
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Self-driven, resourceful, and highly organized
- Ability to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball
