What You'll Be Doing
- Identify and engage exceptional technical candidates across various platforms and job boards.
- Partner with engineering managers and tech leads to understand role needs, timelines, and hiring priorities.
- Design engaging sourcing strategies tailored to specific tech stacks and roles (e.g., frontend engineers, DevOps specialists, data architects)
- Champion a world-class candidate experience from initial outreach to final offer negotiation.
- Track and optimize pipeline data, using analytics to improve conversion rates and hiring speed.
- Lead virtual hiring events, hackathons, or remote job fairs to attract niche technical talent.
- Consult stakeholders on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruiting best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience (in-house or agency)

- Strong command of sourcing techniques, including Boolean logic, X-ray searches, and social engineering
