Key Responsibilities
Relationship Building with Tenants
- Act as the first point of contact for residents by responding to inquiries with professionalism and kindness.
- Foster strong tenant connections by initiating proactive follow-ups and conducting digital satisfaction assessments.

Conflict Mediation and Resolution

Digital Process Management

Enhancing Tenant Satisfaction

Interdepartmental Coordination

Qualifications and Experience
