Key Responsibilities
Orchestrating Memorable Experiences
- Coordinate comprehensive travel itineraries including transportation, accommodations, meals, and special activities.
- Liaise with global vendors, local tour guides, and hospitality providers to ensure logistical precision.
- Monitor tour schedules and make real-time adjustments to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Design personalized travel plans for individuals, families, and corporate clients based on their preferences.
- Track tour metrics, gather feedback, and optimize the customer journey for future trips.
Exceptional Communication & Client Service
- Serve as the main point of contact for travelers, offering support before, during, and after tours.
- Address client inquiries with clarity, empathy, and efficiency.
- Provide detailed pre-tour briefings and post-tour feedback sessions.
