Booking & Coordination
- Oversee travel arrangements, including air, lodging, transportation, and personalized add-ons.
- Process bookings with precision using company platforms and verified vendor tools.

Performance Monitoring
- Utilize dashboards and CRM software to assess client satisfaction and account activity.
- Create detailed performance summaries for internal review and client presentation.
