What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Evaluate incoming travel insurance claims by verifying details, documentation, and coverage eligibility.
• Request and review supplemental information with thoughtful communication and clear guidance.
• Investigate travel-related incidents ranging from missed flights to medical emergencies, using digital tools and direct outreach.
• Interpret policy language with confidence and translate it into easily digestible responses for claimants.
• Adjudicate claims swiftly, fairly, and compassionately, always balancing compliance with the human touch.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external providers such as medical networks, airport authorities, or local agencies.

Advocating for Travelers
