What You'll Do Every Day

Design Meaningful Experiences

• Develop clean, intuitive interfaces that prioritize usability and accessibility.
• Translate user behavior, personas, and feedback into elegant UI components.
• Collaborate with UX researchers and developers to ensure design feasibility.
• Apply a strong understanding of user-centered principles to every design choice.

Drive Visual Consistency

• Align all design work with our brand identity and design system.
• Use Figma, Sketch, or similar tools to create design libraries, prototypes, and visual guides.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders with confidence, clarity, and empathy.

Enhance Product Impact

• Work with product managers to understand priorities and co-create design goals.
• Contribute to A/B testing and design iteration based on user engagement data.
• Advocate for inclusive UI practices across all touchpoints.
