What You’ll Be Doing

Shaping User Journeys with Intention

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that reflect user needs and product goals.
• Apply user research findings to guide layout decisions, interaction patterns, and visual structure.
• Conduct usability testing and translate feedback into actionable design iterations.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design consistency and technical feasibility.
• Ensure all UI elements align with accessibility standards and responsive design principles.

Partnering Across Teams to Innovate

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketers to create cohesive design strategies.
• Present design concepts clearly to cross-functional teams and receive constructive feedback.
• Continuously explore new tools, trends, and frameworks to refine design processes.
• Participate in user interviews and A/B testing sessions to fine-tune interaction models.

• Build and maintain design systems that establish consistency across platforms.

Tools You’ll Be Working With

Your design toolkit will include industry-standard software and modern collaboration platforms. Familiarity with these (or equivalent tools) will help you hit the ground running:

• Figma and Sketch for UI design and prototyping

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

• A minimum of three years crafting user interfaces and optimizing user journeys, preferably in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Proficient in creating interactive prototypes and pixel-perfect visuals
• A solid understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design across various platforms
• Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting ideas to diverse stakeholders
