Key Responsibilities
User Behavior Analysis
- Conduct in-depth research to understand user needs, pain points, and preferences.
- Analyze heatmaps, user recordings, session replays, and funnel drop-offs to extract meaningful insights.
- Use analytics platforms to monitor user flows and behavior trends across products.
UX Research & Testing
- Plan and execute usability studies, A/B testing, and moderated interviews.
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback to improve design choices.
- Work closely with UX designers to validate hypotheses and prioritize design updates.
Data-Driven Decision-Making
- Translate complex behavioral data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Provide detailed UX audit reports, including user journey breakdowns and conversion bottleneck analysis.
- Leverage metrics like task success rate, time-on-task, and user satisfaction to guide improvements.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Present findings to cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers.

Required Qualifications
Educational Background
