Key Responsibilities

User Research and Behavioral Insights

• Conduct in-depth research to understand user behavior, needs, and motivation through observation techniques, task analysis, and feedback methodologies.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to develop user personas and identify design opportunities.

Design Thinking and Prototyping

• Develop responsive wireframes and scalable prototypes tailored to a variety of user flows.
• Simplify intricate information into straightforward navigation and interactive layouts using storytelling and visual hierarchy.

Strategic UX Collaboration

• Partner with cross-functional teams—product managers, UI designers, engineers—to craft cohesive user experiences aligned with project objectives.
• Facilitate co-creation sessions, design critiques, and workshops to refine concepts collaboratively.

UX Documentation and Standards

• Maintain detailed UX documentation, including style guides, interaction models, and component libraries.
• Champion accessibility and inclusivity in design by adhering to global UX compliance standards.

Core Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in leading user-centered design for digital products, preferably within agile environments
• Deep understanding of user psychology, interaction design principles, and heuristic evaluation
• Effective communication and stakeholder presentation skills—visual storytelling is a must.
• Capable of managing tasks autonomously while coordinating effectively across various global time zones and projects
• Proficiency in creating inclusive designs compliant with WCAG and responsive design standards
• A strong, well-documented portfolio showcasing strategic UX thinking and real-world results
• Degree in HCI, Design, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent professional expertise
