Key Responsibilities

Human-Centered Design

• Design thoughtful, engaging, and accessible user interfaces that solve real-world problems.
• Lead discovery sessions and interactive testing to uncover user behaviors, shape thoughtful design strategies, and validate UX strategies.
• Translate user journeys and insights into elegant wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.

Collaborative Execution

• Partner closely with developers, product managers, and fellow designers to ensure seamless design handoff and implementation.
• Participate in design critiques and team reviews to continuously evolve design quality.
• Advocate for the user’s voice in every product conversation, ensuring inclusion and equity in every interaction.

Accessibility and Inclusivity

• Champion accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices throughout the product lifecycle.
• Incorporate feedback from diverse user groups to build universally welcoming experiences.

Consistency and Evolution

• Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure cohesion across all digital touchpoints.
• Create design documentation that fosters team transparency and cross-functional understanding.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience designing digital interfaces (web and/or mobile)
• Proven experience with user research methodologies and human-centered design thinking
• Strong visual design chops and deep familiarity with responsive design principles
• Confidence using tools like Figma and Adobe XD
• Comfort working asynchronously with global teams
