Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Remote Workforce Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection and Management:
- Gather, clean, and maintain large datasets related to employee performance, productivity, and engagement.
- Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
- Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct thorough analyses of workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Create comprehensive reports and dashboards that communicate findings to stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Workforce Optimization:
- Collaborate with HR and management to develop strategies that enhance workforce productivity and satisfaction.
- Utilize analytics to identify skill gaps and recommend training programs or resources to address these gaps.
- Performance Metrics Development:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for various teams and roles within the organization.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve employee performance and engagement.
- Predictive Analytics:
- Implement predictive modeling techniques to forecast workforce trends, including turnover rates and employee engagement levels.
- Provide recommendations based on predictive analytics to support strategic planning and talent management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A masterโs degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in workforce analytics or a similar role, preferably in a remote work environment.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, R, Python, or similar.
- Familiarity with HR metrics and workforce planning strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data findings to a non-technical audience.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
