Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor food and beverage costs, analyze sales trends, and implement strategies to maximize profitability while minimizing waste.
    • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus, ensuring variety, quality, and adherence to budgetary constraints.
  4. Financial Management:
    • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, tracking revenue and expenses to achieve financial targets and drive business growth.
    • Implement cost-control measures and revenue-enhancement strategies to optimize profitability while maintaining the integrity of the dining experience.
  5. Marketing and Promotions:
    • Plan and execute marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to attract new customers, increase foot traffic, and enhance brand visibility.
    • Utilize social media platforms, email marketing, and other digital channels to engage with customers, solicit feedback, and build a loyal customer base.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field, with a proven track record of success in leadership and customer service.
