Job Description: As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by acquiring new customers and fostering lasting relationships with existing clients. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our products/services to potential customers through various channels, including face-to-face interactions, phone calls, emails, and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential customers through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads to achieve sales targets.
- Consultative Selling: Understand customers' needs and recommend appropriate solutions that align with their requirements. Utilize effective sales techniques to persuade and influence potential customers to make purchasing decisions.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Address any concerns or issues promptly and effectively to maintain positive relationships.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly. Provide feedback to the management team to improve products/services and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, and follow-ups, using our CRM system. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and trends for management review.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues from other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to optimize the overall customer experience and achieve company goals. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior experience in sales or customer service roles will be an advantage. We provide comprehensive training to all new hires to ensure success in the role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse groups of people. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Characteristics: Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for sales. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 60 years of age.
