Job Responsibilities:

As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment for our clients, their employees, and visitors. Your primary duties will include:

1. Monitoring and Surveillance:
   • Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
   • Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to any suspicious activity or alarms.
   • Document and report any incidents, irregularities, or potential threats.
2. Access Control:
   • Manage access control systems, ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises.
   • Check identification and maintain visitor logs for accountability.
   • Issue visitor passes and informs relevant personnel of visitor arrivals.
3. Emergency Response:
   • Act as the first line of response in emergencies, including fires, medical situations, or security breaches.
   • Assist in the evacuation of personnel in case of an emergency.
   • Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
4. Customer Service:
   • Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors.
   • Address inquiries and provide directions, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
   • Foster positive relationships with clients and staff, enhancing the overall security experience.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
   • Prepare detailed incident reports and daily activity logs.
   • Maintain accurate records of all security-related activities.
   • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on security protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a security guard or in a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of security protocols, surveillance systems, and emergency response procedures.
• Strong observational skills and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical fitness to carry out patrols and respond to emergencies.
