3. Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities and implement appropriate preventive measures. This may include inspecting premises for hazards, monitoring alarms, and reporting any suspicious activities.
4. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting visitors, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns professionally and courteously. Your friendly demeanor and helpful attitude will contribute to creating a positive experience for all stakeholders.
5. Emergency Response: Act swiftly and decisively during emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches. Follow established protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone on the premises and coordinate with emergency services as necessary.
6. Report Writing: Maintain accurate and detailed logs of security activities, incidents, and observations. Prepare written reports documenting any security breaches, accidents, or unusual incidents for review by management.
7. Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow security team members, as well as other departments such as maintenance and management, to effectively address security concerns and maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 years of age, with no upper age limit (both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform security duties effectively.
• Prior experience in security or law enforcement is preferred but not required.
