Key Responsibilities:

1. Surveillance and Monitoring:
   Monitor and patrol the assigned premises regularly to ensure safety. Keep an eye on surveillance equipment, patrolling the property, and inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points. Monitor CCTV footage for any suspicious activities and respond accordingly.
2. Access Control:
   Ensure that only authorized individuals enter the premises by checking identification cards and managing access logs. You will be responsible for maintaining entry and exit points, such as gates and doors, and ensuring they are secure at all times.
3. Incident Reporting:
   Document and report any irregularities, such as suspicious behavior, theft, or damage. Report all incidents in a clear and detailed manner to the supervisor or management as soon as they occur.
4. Emergency Response:
   Act promptly in the event of emergencies such as fire, medical situations, or other crises. Follow established emergency protocols, which may involve calling law enforcement, fire services, or medical personnel as required.
5. Customer Service:
   Assist visitors by providing directions or answering their inquiries. You will be the first point of contact for many individuals and must handle all queries or concerns professionally.
6. Regular Checks and Maintenance:
   Conduct regular checks of alarms, locks, and security devices to ensure they are functioning correctly. Any malfunctioning equipment should be reported immediately for repair or replacement.
7. Traffic Management:
   Depending on the assignment, you may be required to manage vehicle traffic, parking areas, and direct vehicles to ensure smooth flow within the premises.
8. Crowd Control:
   At events or during busy hours, maintain order and ensure that the crowd does not pose a security risk. You may need to disperse crowds or handle situations where groups of people gather unexpectedly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Physical fitness is crucial for performing patrols and responding swiftly to incidents.
• Previous experience in security or law enforcement is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic first aid and fire safety procedures is preferred.
• Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts and weekends, as per the requirement.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of security systems, such as CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.
• Must be alert, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining composure in high-pressure situations.
