Required Qualifications:

• Educational Requirements: Minimum 10th-grade pass or equivalent.
• Work Experience: Prior experience in security services is preferred but not mandatory. Fresher candidates with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Licenses and Certifications: PSARA (Private Security Agencies Regulation Act) certification is an advantage. Basic training in first aid and fire safety is desirable.
• Skills: Strong observational skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:
