Security Guard for Premises in Delhi

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team for securing premises in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining safety and security protocols and ensuring the protection of property and personnel. This position requires a high level of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patrolling: Conduct regular patrols around the premises to deter and detect any suspicious activities or security breaches.
2. Monitoring: Oversee surveillance systems and security alarms, ensuring they are functioning properly and responding to any alerts.
3. Access Control: Manage the entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles, verifying identification and authorizing access as necessary.
4. Emergency Response: Act swiftly and effectively in emergencies, including fire alarms, medical emergencies, or security threats.
5. Reporting: Document and report incidents, observations, and any irregularities to the management. Prepare detailed reports on daily activities and irregularities.
6. Customer Service: Provide a courteous and professional demeanor when interacting with visitors and staff, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
7. Compliance: Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to security operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Security Guard or similar role.
• Familiarity with security systems and emergency response protocols.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certification is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Working Conditions:

• The position requires standing and patrolling for extended periods.
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions and handle physical tasks as needed.
• A uniform and necessary equipment will be provided.
