Job Description:

We are currently seeking dedicated, professional, and vigilant Security Guards to join our team in Mumbai. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable security service provider and ensure the safety and security of various premises, including commercial properties, residential complexes, and event venues. As a security guard, your primary responsibility will be to deter, detect, and prevent any unauthorized activities or potential security threats. You will be the first point of contact in securing the premises, and ensuring safety for all employees, residents, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

1. Patrolling the premises: Conduct regular patrols to ensure the security and safety of the premises. This may include both foot patrols and vehicle patrols depending on the size of the area.
2. Monitoring security systems: Operate and monitor surveillance equipment (CCTV), alarms, and other security systems to detect suspicious activity.
3. Access control: Check and authorize the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles as per the established protocols. This includes verifying identity, checking passes, and maintaining visitor logs.
4. Incident reporting: In the event of any security breach, accident, or incident, you will be required to report immediately to the concerned authorities and write a detailed report of the event.
5. Emergency response: Respond swiftly to emergencies, such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or criminal activities. Assist law enforcement and emergency services when required.
6. Crowd management: During events or large gatherings, ensure the orderly flow of people and prevent disturbances or unsafe situations from occurring.
7. Customer service: Be courteous and professional when interacting with the public or residents. You will be representing our company and are expected to provide a positive and helpful experience while maintaining high-security standards.
8. Compliance: Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures as well as the specific security guidelines set by our clients.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience as a security guard is preferred but not mandatory. We provide on-the-job training for freshers.
• Physical Fitness: You must be in good physical condition as the role involves standing, walking, and occasional lifting.
• Vigilant and Observant: Ability to stay alert and identify potential security threats or breaches.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Hindi. The ability to communicate clearly with colleagues, clients, and authorities is essential.
• Basic IT Skills: Familiarity with security equipment such as CCTV systems and basic computer skills to log incidents and reports.
• Certification: A valid security guard license as per Maharashtra state law or the willingness to acquire it before joining.

Work Environment:

• You may be required to work in different environments such as office buildings, malls, housing complexes, construction sites, or during events.
• Shifts: Candidates must be flexible as shifts can vary between day, night, and weekends, depending on the assignment.
