Job Description:

- Advocacy: Serve as a vocal advocate for clients' rights and interests, whether within the community, in educational settings, or legal proceedings. You will work to remove barriers and fight against social injustices.
- Crisis Intervention: Be prepared to respond to crises promptly and effectively, offering emotional support and practical assistance to individuals and families facing emergencies or traumatic events.
- Education and Prevention: Develop and implement educational programs and workshops aimed at raising awareness of social issues, promoting preventive measures, and enhancing community resilience.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other social service agencies, government organizations, educational institutions, and community groups to coordinate services, share resources, and advocate for systemic change.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, assessments, referrals, and progress. Prepare reports as required by funding agencies, regulatory bodies, or organizational policies.
Qualifications:
- Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in social work or a related field is preferred. However, candidates with relevant experience or certifications in social services, counseling, psychology, or sociology will also be considered.
- Experience: While experience is valued, we welcome passionate and dedicated individuals who are entering the field of social work for the first time. Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided to support your professional growth.
