As a Software Testing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. You will be responsible for designing test scenarios, executing tests, identifying defects, and collaborating with the development team to ensure timely resolution. Key Responsibilities:

3. Defect Identification and Management: Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
4. Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to ensure that previously developed and tested software still performs after a change has been made.
5. Quality Assurance: Implement best practices and methodologies to ensure the overall quality and reliability of software products.
6. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare test reports, documentation, and other relevant artifacts to communicate test results and findings to stakeholders.
7. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to software testing, and continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. (Fresher) / Relevant experience in software testing or quality assurance. (Experienced)
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, proficiency in test planning and execution, familiarity with testing tools and methodologies (such as Selenium, JIRA, etc.), and excellent communication skills.
• Experience: No prior experience is required for fresher positions. For experienced candidates, a minimum of [X] years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
