Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement effective talent management strategies that align with organizational goals and values.
- Conduct assessments to identify talent gaps and recommend actionable solutions.
- Employee Engagement and Retention:
- Develop and facilitate programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement and retention.
- Analyze engagement survey results and employee feedback to identify trends and recommend interventions.
- Partner with teams to design recognition programs that celebrate employee contributions and achievements.
- Performance Management:
- Lead the development and implementation of performance management frameworks, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Provide training and support to managers on performance evaluation processes and effective feedback techniques.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to leadership to drive improvements.
- Learning and Development:
- Identify and assess learning needs across the organization and design tailored development programs to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to create training materials and resources that enhance employee skills and career progression.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Succession Planning:
- Develop and implement succession planning processes to ensure a robust pipeline of talent for key positions.
- Work closely with department heads to identify high-potential employees and create individualized development plans.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to support employee growth.
- HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize HR analytics tools to collect and analyze data related to talent management initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership that highlight key metrics and trends.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend strategic improvements in talent management practices.
- Diversity and Inclusion:
- Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within talent management practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure equitable talent processes and practices.
- Foster an inclusive workplace culture that values diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
- Consultative Support:
- Provide consultative support to managers on talent-related issues, including conflict resolution, career development, and employee relations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees regarding career paths, professional development, and performance-related matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or a related HR field.
- Strong knowledge of talent management best practices, performance management systems, and employee engagement strategies.
- Proven ability to analyze data and generate insights to inform decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating training and development programs.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR analytics tools.
