Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Manager to join our remote team. This role is pivotal in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent across various levels and functions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on job descriptions, candidate profiles, and interview processes.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Employee Development:
- Design and implement comprehensive training and development programs that align with employeesโ career goals and organizational needs.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Identify high-potential employees and create tailored development plans to prepare them for future leadership roles.
- Employee Engagement:
- Foster a culture of engagement and inclusion by implementing initiatives that promote employee satisfaction and well-being.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and analyze feedback to inform engagement strategies and improve workplace culture.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees, providing support on career development, conflict resolution, and performance issues.
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent management strategies with business goals and objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in talent management.
- Prepare and present reports on talent metrics, including turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and training effectiveness.
- Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure that talent management practices comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures related to talent management, ensuring they reflect best practices and legal standards.
- Guide management and staff on HR policies and procedures.
- Diversity and Inclusion:
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a workplace that values diverse perspectives and experiences.
- Work with teams to implement recruitment and retention strategies that attract and support underrepresented groups.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of diversity initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masterโs degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management, human resources, or a related field, preferably in a remote environment.
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, employee development practices, and performance management systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Professional certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are highly desirable.
