Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Manager to join our remote team. This role is pivotal in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development, with a strong ability to implement effective strategies that align with our companyโ€™s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent across various levels and functions.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on job descriptions, candidate profiles, and interview processes.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  2. Employee Development:
    • Design and implement comprehensive training and development programs that align with employeesโ€™ career goals and organizational needs.
    • Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
    • Identify high-potential employees and create tailored development plans to prepare them for future leadership roles.
  3. Employee Engagement:
    • Foster a culture of engagement and inclusion by implementing initiatives that promote employee satisfaction and well-being.
    • Conduct regular employee surveys and analyze feedback to inform engagement strategies and improve workplace culture.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to employees, providing support on career development, conflict resolution, and performance issues.
  4. Strategic Planning:
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent management strategies with business goals and objectives.
    • Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in talent management.
    • Prepare and present reports on talent metrics, including turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and training effectiveness.
  5. Compliance and Policies:
    • Ensure that talent management practices comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.
    • Develop and update HR policies and procedures related to talent management, ensuring they reflect best practices and legal standards.
    • Guide management and staff on HR policies and procedures.
  6. Diversity and Inclusion:
    • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a workplace that values diverse perspectives and experiences.
    • Work with teams to implement recruitment and retention strategies that attract and support underrepresented groups.
    • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of diversity initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masterโ€™s degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management, human resources, or a related field, preferably in a remote environment.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, employee development practices, and performance management systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Professional certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are highly desirable.
