Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Planning
- Partner with senior leadership to design and execute holistic workforce strategies that support long-term business goals.
- Develop inclusive hiring frameworks that reduce bias and ensure equitable access to opportunities.
- Analyze internal mobility trends to identify gaps in career progression and design targeted interventions for talent development.
Diversity, Equity & Belonging Initiatives
- Lead initiatives that promote a respectful, diverse team culture and psychological safety for all employees.
- Facilitate listening sessions and build actionable feedback loops to capture authentic employee experiences.
- Guide equal opportunity programs and culturally sensitive leadership development.
Collaboration & Communication
- Act as a thought partner to HR business units, providing strategic insight and empathy-driven counsel.
- Co-develop internal communications and learning materials that reflect inclusive values and foster employee connection.
- Represent Talent Strategy in cross-functional meetings with clarity, warmth, and data-backed insights.

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years in HR strategy, people operations, or organizational development
- Proven experience designing and implementing talent strategies at scale
- Deep understanding of DEI practices, inclusive hiring models, and retention strategies
- Strong facilitation skills with experience leading cross-functional workshops
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with a people-first approach
- Demonstrated ability to work remotely and independently while collaborating across distributed teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field; Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus
