Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring and Surveillance:
   • Regularly patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of theft, vandalism, and other criminal activity.
   • Operate and monitor surveillance equipment, ensuring any suspicious activities are promptly reported.
2. Access Control:
   • Manage entry and exit points of the premises, ensuring that unauthorized individuals do not gain access.
   • Verify the identity of visitors and contractors, maintaining accurate records of entries and exits.
3. Emergency Response:
   • Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, including fire alarms, medical emergencies, or security breaches.
   • Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when required.
4. Customer Service:
   • Provide assistance and direction to clients, visitors, and employees professionally and courteously.
   • Address any concerns or inquiries from the public and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
   • Prepare and submit detailed reports on incidents, daily activities, and any unusual occurrences.
   • Maintain logs and records related to security operations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
6. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with other security team members to ensure effective communication and coordination.
   • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on security protocols and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional security training or certification is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Skills:
  • Strong observational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
  • Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Must be physically fit and able to perform regular patrolling duties.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
