Key Responsibilities:

- Create diagnostic reports that outline findings and suggest actionable solutions tailored to the client's needs.
- Process Improvement and Optimization:
- Develop, implement, and monitor process improvement plans based on Lean, Six Sigma, or other recognized methodologies.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to implement process changes, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and ensure sustained improvement.
- Strategic Planning:
- Work with clients to develop long-term business strategies focused on increasing operational efficiency and profitability.
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and industry benchmarks to inform strategic decision-making.
- Provide advice on resource allocation, budget planning, and risk management to maximize business value.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor in business operations and process optimization.
- Regularly communicate with clients to update them on progress, provide insights, and offer continuous support.
- Deliver presentations and workshops to key stakeholders, explaining optimization strategies and implementation roadmaps.
- Project Management:
- Led and managed multiple optimization projects from conception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and finance, to ensure cohesive execution of projects.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during project implementation and work with stakeholders to resolve them efficiently.
- Data-Driven Insights and Reporting:

- Develop dashboards, visual reports, and key metrics summaries that provide clients with a clear understanding of their business performance.
- Present data in a way that is easy to understand for non-technical stakeholders, focusing on key takeaways and recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in business optimization, process improvement, or operational consulting, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading business optimization initiatives and delivering measurable improvements.
- Experience working with remote teams and managing virtual client relationships.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Expertise in data analysis tools and platforms such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira to manage optimization projects effectively.
