• 🤝 Provide expert support with job search tools, including resume reviews, LinkedIn profile optimization, mock interviews, and networking strategies
• 💬 Communicate clearly and empathetically, offering encouragement while holding space for vulnerability and growth
• 🧩 Collaborate with coaching colleagues, share knowledge, and enhance service offerings with thoughtful input and peer support
