Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Virtual Hiring Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Full-Cycle Recruitment:
    • Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
    • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions that reflect the skills and qualifications required.
  2. Sourcing Candidates:
    • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
    • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  3. Screening and Interviewing:
    • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and organized process.
    • Prepare interview questions and guide interviewers to ensure a consistent evaluation process.
  4. Candidate Experience:
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely updates throughout the hiring process.
    • Address any candidate inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  5. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand team dynamics and specific job requirements.
    • Provide recommendations and insights based on market trends and best practices in recruitment.
  6. Performance Metrics and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and sourcing effectiveness.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes to senior management.
  7. Diversity and Inclusion:
    • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives by implementing strategies to attract candidates from underrepresented backgrounds.
    • Foster an inclusive hiring environment that values diverse perspectives and experiences.
  8. Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in recruitment.
    • Suggest and implement improvements to the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a remote environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with diversity and inclusion best practices in hiring.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to recruitment.
