Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions that reflect the skills and qualifications required.
- Sourcing Candidates:
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Screening and Interviewing:
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and organized process.
- Prepare interview questions and guide interviewers to ensure a consistent evaluation process.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely updates throughout the hiring process.
- Address any candidate inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team dynamics and specific job requirements.
- Provide recommendations and insights based on market trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes to senior management.
- Diversity and Inclusion:
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives by implementing strategies to attract candidates from underrepresented backgrounds.
- Foster an inclusive hiring environment that values diverse perspectives and experiences.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in recruitment.
- Suggest and implement improvements to the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a remote environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with diversity and inclusion best practices in hiring.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to recruitment.
