Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Virtual Training Coordinator to manage and oversee our virtual training programs. This role is critical in ensuring that our training initiatives run smoothly, and effectively, and align with our organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Program Development and Management:
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design, develop, and implement engaging virtual training programs.
    • Create and maintain training schedules, ensuring that all courses are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Evaluate existing training materials and update them as necessary to enhance effectiveness and learner engagement.
  2. Training Delivery:
    • Coordinate the delivery of virtual training sessions using various platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
    • Facilitate live training sessions and webinars, ensuring a smooth and interactive experience for participants.
    • Monitor participant engagement and provide real-time support during training sessions.
  3. Participant Support:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all training participants, addressing any questions or concerns related to training programs.
    • Provide technical support to participants before, during, and after training sessions to ensure seamless access and participation.
    • Gather and analyze feedback from participants to assess the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Data Management and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of training attendance, participant feedback, and assessment results.
    • Prepare regular reports on training outcomes, participant satisfaction, and overall program effectiveness for stakeholders.
    • Utilize data to make informed decisions about future training initiatives and improvements.
  5. Marketing and Promotion:
    • Develop promotional materials and strategies to increase awareness and participation in virtual training programs.
    • Utilize social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels to reach potential participants and drive engagement.
    • Foster partnerships with other organizations or networks to enhance the visibility and reach of training offerings.
  6. Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in virtual training and adult learning methodologies.
    • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge related to training coordination.
    • Implement innovative ideas and technologies to improve the overall training experience for participants.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in training coordination, program management, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in virtual training platforms and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design is a plus.
