Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Organizational Culture Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this remote position, you will be responsible for assessing, developing, and enhancing organizational culture strategies, ensuring alignment with company values, and fostering a positive work environment that boosts employee engagement, productivity, and retention. You will play a key role in driving cultural transformation and supporting leadership in creating an inclusive, thriving, and purpose-driven organization.

As an Organizational Culture Consultant, your insights will shape the cultural fabric of the company by addressing various dimensions such as leadership, employee well-being, communication, diversity and inclusion, and company-wide initiatives. You will collaborate closely with HR, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to build sustainable solutions that nurture employee growth and satisfaction while driving business success.

Key Responsibilities

Cultural Assessment & Analysis

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of the organizationโ€™s current culture by leveraging employee surveys, focus groups, interviews, and data analytics.
  • Identify cultural strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement, including alignment with business goals and values.
  • Analyze organizational behaviors, leadership styles, and decision-making processes to gauge their impact on company culture.

Strategy Development & Implementation

  • Develop customized strategies to align the organizationโ€™s culture with its mission, vision, and values.
  • Collaborate with HR, leadership, and department heads to implement programs that promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Guide cultural change initiatives, designing roadmaps for both short-term improvements and long-term cultural transformation.
  • Foster inclusivity, teamwork, and innovation by recommending and implementing initiatives that enhance the employee experience.

Leadership Coaching & Development

  • Coach senior leaders and managers on cultural leadership, effective communication, and change management practices that support cultural goals.
  • Work with executives to model and reinforce desired cultural behaviors and establish accountability.
  • Conduct leadership workshops or training sessions to help management teams cultivate a more engaging and inclusive work environment.

Change Management & Communication

  • Develop communication plans to effectively articulate cultural goals, vision, and updates to the organization.
  • Assist in the design and execution of change management initiatives, ensuring employees are informed, engaged, and invested in cultural shifts.
  • Collaborate with internal communications teams to maintain transparency, ensuring alignment between cultural objectives and employee perceptions.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)

  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives by analyzing the organizationโ€™s current DEI efforts and proposing strategies to foster a more inclusive environment.
  • Partner with HR and leadership to design programs and policies that support diverse talent, equity, and employee belonging.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at reducing bias, improving cultural competency, and driving equitable treatment across all levels of the organization.

Performance Measurement & Reporting

  • Develop and implement metrics and KPIs to measure cultural progress and the impact of culture-related initiatives on employee engagement, performance, and retention.
  • Prepare reports and present findings to senior leadership and key stakeholders on the state of the organizationโ€™s culture.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate cultural change efforts to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Employee Engagement & Well-Being

  • Design programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
  • Recommend best practices for maintaining high levels of engagement in a remote or hybrid work environment.
  • Collaborate with HR to implement initiatives that address employee concerns, including mental health, work-life balance, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A Masterโ€™s degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in organizational culture consulting, organizational development, change management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading culture change initiatives within complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience working with senior leadership teams to drive organizational culture strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices and their role in shaping organizational culture.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire employees at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Familiarity with remote or hybrid work environments and the unique challenges and opportunities they present for fostering a strong culture.
  • Certification in change management, coaching, or organizational development is an asset.

Work Environment

This position is fully remote, offering flexibility to work from any location. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across different time zones, so adaptability and effective communication in a virtual setting is essential. While this is a remote role, occasional travel may be required for key team meetings or on-site culture initiatives.
