- Report Incidents: Record and report any suspicious activities, security breaches, accidents, or hazards in the daily logbook. File detailed incident reports with management or local authorities when required.
- Customer Service: Provide courteous assistance to visitors and employees, offering directions or other helpful information when necessary.
- Maintain Equipment: Regularly check and maintain security equipment such as radios, alarm systems, and surveillance cameras to ensure they are functioning properly.
