• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

🖥️ User Experience & Accessibility

• Ensure that e-learning courses comply with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG and ADA compliance) to accommodate all learners.
• Apply best UX/UI design practices to create an intuitive and practical learning experience.
• Optimize content for mobile learning and cross-platform accessibility.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance course content based on learner feedback and industry advancements.

📊 Learning Management & Data-Driven Improvements

• Manage and deploy courses using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Track learner performance, analyze data, and refine courses based on insights from analytics.

📂 Multimedia Integration & Content Innovation

🎯 Qualifications & Skills

📚 Educational Background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning & Development, or a related field.

🏆 Professional Expertise

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience designing and developing online learning programs.
• Expertise in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and Vyond.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and e-learning best practices.
• Experience with SCORM, xAPI (Tin Can), AICC, and LMS administration.
• Proficiency in Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) and adaptive learning technologies.
