Key Responsibilities

📌 Develop and Implement Learning and Development Programs

• Design and facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and digital learning content.
• Conduct skills assessments to identify areas for professional growth and career advancement.
• Develop interactive resources, including e-learning modules, instructional guides, and toolkits.
• Create mentorship and coaching initiatives to support continuous skill development.
• Work closely with management to align training programs with business needs and goals.

🤝 Support Employee Career Growth and Success

• Assist employees in setting career objectives and provide strategic guidance for growth opportunities.
• Develop leadership training initiatives to prepare employees for managerial roles.
• Offer personalized coaching to help individuals transition into new roles and career paths.
• Improve existing career development programs to ensure accessibility and effectiveness.
• Introduce cross-functional training, job shadowing, and skill enhancement initiatives.

🌎 Promote an Inclusive and Equitable Work Environment

• Partner with DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) teams to ensure training programs support diverse perspectives.
• Develop learning materials that cater to employees from different backgrounds and experiences.
• Establish initiatives that provide equal development opportunities for all employees.
• Encourage open discussions and knowledge-sharing to foster an inclusive learning culture.
• Work with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to design professional development strategies.

💡 Evaluate and Enhance Development Strategies

• Measure training effectiveness through key performance indicators (KPIs) and feedback collection.
• Use data-driven insights to refine programs and improve learning outcomes.
• Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in talent development.
• Enhance digital learning platforms and tools to increase accessibility and engagement.
• Work with leadership to ensure continuous improvement of workforce development strategies.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in learning and development, HR consulting, or employee training.
• Expertise in instructional design, adult learning theories, and coaching techniques.
• Proven ability to create compelling and interactive training programs.
• Proficiency in digital learning platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and training software.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills to engage diverse employee groups.
• An analytical mindset is used to assess training outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of organizational development, workforce planning, and performance enhancement.
