Key Responsibilities

๐Ÿ“Œ Develop and Implement Learning and Development Programs

  • Design and facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and digital learning content.
  • Conduct skills assessments to identify areas for professional growth and career advancement.
  • Develop interactive resources, including e-learning modules, instructional guides, and toolkits.
  • Create mentorship and coaching initiatives to support continuous skill development.
  • Work closely with management to align training programs with business needs and goals.

  • Assist employees in setting career objectives and provide strategic guidance for growth opportunities.
  • Develop leadership training initiatives to prepare employees for managerial roles.

  • Introduce cross-functional training, job shadowing, and skill enhancement initiatives.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, HR consulting, or employee training.
  • Expertise in instructional design, adult learning theories, and coaching techniques.
  • Proven ability to create compelling and interactive training programs.
  • Proficiency in digital learning platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and training software.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills to engage diverse employee groups.
  • An analytical mindset is used to assess training outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of organizational development, workforce planning, and performance enhancement.
