Key Responsibilities:

1. Surveillance and Monitoring:

   • Identify and report any suspicious activities, behaviors, or breaches of security to the management immediately.
2. Access Control:
   • Manage entry and exit points, ensuring only authorized personnel are allowed access to restricted areas.
   • Conduct regular checks of identification and badges, maintaining a log of all visitors.
3. Emergency Response:
   • Act swiftly in emergencies, including fire alarms, medical situations, or security breaches.
   • Perform first aid if needed and coordinate with emergency services when required.
4. Customer Service:
   • Provide a welcoming atmosphere while remaining vigilant and observant.
   • Assist employees, visitors, and guests by answering inquiries or directing them to the appropriate locations.
5. Reporting:
   • Prepare detailed daily activity reports and incident reports, documenting all activities, observations, and actions taken.
   • Submit reports to the management for review and future planning.
6. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with law enforcement and emergency services during incidents or investigations.
   • Collaborate with team members to ensure security protocols and procedures are followed.
7. Safety Inspections:
   • Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify potential hazards or vulnerabilities.
   • Ensure that all safety equipment, such as fire extinguishers and alarms, is functioning properly.
8. Training and Development:
   • Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated on security techniques, procedures, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional security training or certification is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service preferred but not mandatory.
• Skills:
