Job Summary:
As a Personal Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of assigned individuals. Your duties will involve protecting clients from potential threats, assessing risks, and maintaining a secure environment. The ideal candidate will be highly observant, possess excellent communication skills, and be physically fit to handle any situation that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Protection:
   • Provide a visible security presence to deter and prevent potential threats.
   • Accompanied clients during their daily activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
   • Assess potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
2. Surveillance and Monitoring:
   • Utilize surveillance equipment and technology to monitor clients' surroundings.
   • Conduct regular security checks of the area to identify any potential security breaches.
   • Maintain detailed reports of incidents, activities, and any unusual occurrences.
3. Emergency Response:
   • Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, such as security breaches or medical emergencies.
   • Implement emergency protocols and procedures as required.
   • Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
4. Client Relations:
   • Build and maintain a trusting relationship with clients, understanding their unique security needs.
   • Provide clients with advice on personal safety and security best practices.
   • Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or questions.
5. Training and Development:
   • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest security techniques and protocols.
   • Share knowledge and skills with fellow security personnel to enhance overall team performance.
   • Stay informed about local and national security trends and issues.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Further education or certifications in security management or related fields is a plus.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security role, preferably in personal protection or close protection services.
• Skills:
  • Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to handle challenging situations.
  • Knowledge of self-defense techniques and emergency response procedures.
• Certifications:
  • CPR and first aid certification preferred.
  • Security license as per local regulations.

Working Conditions:

• Shifts may vary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
