Job Responsibilities:
As a Security Guard, your primary responsibilities will include:

2. Access Control:
   • Control access to the premises by checking identification, verifying visitor credentials, and ensuring only authorized individuals enter restricted areas.
   • Conduct thorough inspections of bags and vehicles as necessary.
3. Incident Response:
   • Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, coordinating with local authorities as needed.
   • Write detailed reports of incidents and activities that occur during your shift.
4. Customer Service:
   • Interact with clients, employees, and the public courteously and professionally.
   • Provide assistance and information to visitors while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
5. Safety Inspections:
   • Conduct safety inspections of the facility to identify potential hazards and report them to management.
   • Participate in safety drills and training programs to ensure preparedness for emergencies.
6. Communication:
   • Maintain clear communication with fellow security personnel and management to report any irregularities or updates.
   • Utilize communication devices effectively to ensure quick response times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in criminal justice or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in security or a related field preferred.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergencies.
• Physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the job.
• Valid security guard license and first aid/CPR certification preferred.
