The Role
What You'll Do
As an Online Instructional Technologist, you will be at the forefront of e-learning innovation. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
Core Duties

- ✅ Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts to align technology with educational objectives.
- ✅ Content Optimization: Use multimedia tools to enhance course delivery and learner engagement.
- ✅ Training & Documentation: Develop user-friendly guides and conduct workshops for educators and staff.
- ✅ Data-Driven Improvements: Analyze course data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Must-Have Skills
Technical Proficiency
- 🔧 Proficiency in LMS platforms such as Moodle, Canvas, or Blackboard.
- 🎥 Expertise in multimedia tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Camtasia.
- 🧠 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 🗠️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 📚 In-depth knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- 🔍 Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and other e-learning standards.
Educational Background & Experience
Qualifications
- 🎓 A Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 📜 At least 3-5 years of experience in e-learning development or a similar role.
