Job Responsibilities:

2. Surveillance: Operate and monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to ensure real-time surveillance of the facility. Report any irregularities or incidents to the appropriate authorities.
3. Access Control: Manage access to the premises by verifying the identity of individuals entering and exiting. Ensure that only authorized personnel are allowed access.
4. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergencies, such as fire alarms, medical emergencies, or security breaches. Take necessary actions to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of all individuals on the premises.
5. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and security breaches. Prepare detailed incident reports when necessary and communicate findings to management.
6. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors. Greet individuals professionally and assist with inquiries or directions while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
7. Compliance: Adhere to all safety and security regulations, policies, and procedures. Stay updated on security trends and best practices to enhance overall effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in criminal justice or related field is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Skills: Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude are essential.
• Certifications: A Security Guard License and First Aid/CPR certification are desirable.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting and patrolling.
