π Training Development & Implementation

- β Use blended learning approaches incorporating microlearning, gamification, and real-world scenarios.
- β Customize training content based on employee needs across various departments and job functions.
π Training Facilitation & Delivery
- β Conduct virtual instructor-led training (VILT) sessions, live webinars, and coaching programs to support employees at all levels.
- β Offer hands-on support and mentorship to help employees strengthen their skills and improve job performance.
- β Leverage modern digital training platforms for seamless content delivery and access.
- β Adapt training methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and preferences.
π Training Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
- β Perform training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and performance data analysis.

π Qualifications & Skills
- π Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- π Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate training, instructional design, or learning and development, ideally in a remote environment.
- π» Strong proficiency in e-learning platforms, LMS administration, and digital training tools such as Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar software.
- π₯οΈ Experience developing engaging digital content, including video-based learning, scenario-based training, and interactive assessments.
- π€ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- π Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing multiple projects effectively.
