Key Responsibilities:

1. Surveillance: Monitor and patrol assigned areas regularly, either on foot or by vehicle, to ensure security and prevent unauthorized access or suspicious activities.
2. Access Control: Manage and control access to the premises by verifying identification, authorizing entry, and maintaining logs of visitors.
3. Emergency Response: Respond swiftly to any alarms, suspicious activities, or incidents within the premises. Report any safety hazards or emergencies to the appropriate authorities and follow protocols for dealing with such situations.
4. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized individuals, or unusual occurrences.
5. Conflict Resolution: Address disturbances, resolve conflicts between personnel or visitors, and ensure peaceful and safe conduct within the premises.
6. Surveillance Systems Management: Operate and monitor surveillance cameras, alarms, and other security equipment to detect and prevent security breaches.
7. First Aid & Assistance: Administer basic first aid in case of minor injuries and coordinate with medical personnel for more serious injuries.
8. Team Coordination: Work collaboratively with other security staff and management to establish security protocols and maintain communication during emergencies.
9. Visitor Assistance: Provide directions and general assistance to visitors while ensuring their security and safety.
10. Regular Inspections: Perform scheduled checks of doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are securely locked and all equipment is functioning properly.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Prior experience in security or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
2. Education: Minimum qualification of 10th standard (SSC) or equivalent.
3. Age: Candidates should be between 21 to 45 years of age.
4. Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and respond to security threats quickly.
5. Skills: Excellent observational and decision-making skills, basic computer literacy for managing security systems, and strong communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
6. License: A valid security license is a plus.
