About the Role
The Talent Development Specialist will design, execute, and manage training programs that enhance employee performance and career progression. This role requires a strategic mindset, an understanding of adult learning methodologies, and the ability to cultivate a culture of continuous learning. You will work closely with leadership and various departments to implement effective training solutions that drive organizational success.
The ideal candidate enjoys creating engaging learning experiences, assessing employee skill gaps, and measuring the impact of professional development programs.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Development ๐
- Design and implement organization-wide training initiatives.
- Develop and facilitate interactive learning modules, including e-learning courses and hands-on workshops.
- Assess employee development needs and tailor learning experiences accordingly.
- Stay updated with industry best practices to ensure training remains relevant and impactful.
- Utilize feedback and analytics to refine and improve training effectiveness.
Employee Engagement & Career Growth ๐

What You Bring
๐ Education & Experience:
- A bachelorโs or masterโs degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training, corporate learning, or talent development.
- Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design strategies.
- Experience coaching employees and guiding leadership development initiatives.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital education platforms.
