Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and facilitate programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement and retention.
    • Analyze engagement survey results and employee feedback to identify trends and recommend interventions.
    • Partner with teams to design recognition programs that celebrate employee contributions and achievements.
  3. Performance Management:
    • Lead the development and implementation of performance management frameworks, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
    • Provide training and support to managers on performance evaluation processes and effective feedback techniques.
    • Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to leadership to drive improvements.
  4. Learning and Development:
    • Identify and assess learning needs across the organization and design tailored development programs to meet those needs.
    • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to create training materials and resources that enhance employee skills and career progression.
    • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning.
  5. Succession Planning:
    • Develop and implement succession planning processes to ensure a robust pipeline of talent for key positions.
    • Work closely with department heads to identify high-potential employees and create individualized development plans.
    • Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to support employee growth.
  6. HR Analytics and Reporting:
    • Utilize HR analytics tools to collect and analyze data related to talent management initiatives.
    • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership that highlight key metrics and trends.
    • Use data-driven insights to recommend strategic improvements in talent management practices.
  7. Diversity and Inclusion:
    • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within talent management practices.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure equitable talent processes and practices.
    • Foster an inclusive workplace culture that values diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
  8. Consultative Support:
    • Provide consultative support to managers on talent-related issues, including conflict resolution, career development, and employee relations.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees regarding career paths, professional development, and performance-related matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or a related HR field.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management best practices, performance management systems, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and generate insights to inform decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in facilitating training and development programs.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR analytics tools.
