2. Access Control: Control access to ATM sites by verifying the identity of individuals entering the premises. Enforce entry protocols and ensure only authorized personnel are permitted to enter restricted areas.
3. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, or alarms at ATM locations. Take appropriate action to mitigate risks, protect assets, and maintain the safety of customers and staff.
4. Customer Assistance: Provide assistance and support to ATM users as needed. Address customer inquiries, concerns, or issues related to security, ensuring a positive and safe banking experience.
5. Cash Escorting: Escort cash-in-transit vehicles during ATM cash replenishment or collection activities. Safeguard cash deposits and maintain strict adherence to security procedures during transportation.
6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of security incidents, activities, and observations. Prepare detailed reports documenting any security breaches, thefts, or damages for further investigation and analysis.
7. Collaboration: Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies, security personnel, and ATM service providers to enhance security measures and address potential threats effectively.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Age: Candidates must be between 18 years and 60 years of age.
• Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Good physical fitness and health are essential for this role.
